Snowpacolypse

i took these about a month ago as snowmageddon was drawing to a close...i had been out and noticed that all the snow had this thick shiny layer of ice over it which reflected light in a rather strange way...so when i got home i had this inane urge to stand out in the freezing cold for an hour and babysit my camera while it processed 30 second shutter clicks at a time...when i play i am always intrigued by the results of absurdly low light and agonizingly long shutter speeds (it was so dark that i had to bracket my focus because i couldn't see my subject through the viewfinder)
