I stumbled upon these, (using "stumble upon") a ways back but they are very cool. I don't imagine anybody in our class getting an opportunity to shoot from a plane anytime soon, but these pictures do provide an interesting take on perspective. The photographer's name is Yann Arthus-Bertrand, and these photos are meant to bring attention to sustainable living around the world. Also, the shot of the little town in the Thai bay was in an area I was fortunate enough to travel to and actually catch some surf in when I was living there last year. The place is even more striking in person, if you can imagine that. Hope you Enjoy.
