For our competition class with Silverman he wanted us to take a pictures of an orchid and a landscape. I took the orchid outside into natural lighting because I prefer it over artificial lighting. Of all the pictures I took of the orchid this is one of my favorites because I liked how the light was reflecting off of a crumpled piece of tin foil that I was using to bounce light. The reason I like this tree/moon shot so much is because the moon was almost completely full and was so bright that I didn't need to use a flashlight to set any of my equipment up. I like how bright the moon is and I even like the solar flare that is coming out in the middle.
